Tribhuvan University, Natural History Museum invites The Sealed Bid from eligible for “Construction of ANNEX Building”in Natural History Museum at Swayambhu, Kathmandu.

1. The eligible Bidders are here with requested to collect the Bid document from Natural History Museum at Swayambhu. Kathmandu Nepal upon payment of non-refundable fee of NRs 3,000/- deposited in Prabhu Bank Ltd. Saving account No.04611600287784-1 of Natural History Museum, within 30 days from the date of first publication on normal office hour.
2. The complete Sealed Bid must be submitted to above office address within 12.00 hour of 31 * day from the date of first publication. If the last date of purchase of submission of Bid documents falls on the public holiday, the consecutive working day shall be applicable for the both purchase and submission.
3. Bid must be valid for a period of 90 days after opening of Scaled Bid and must be accompanied by Cash Security or Bank Guarantee, amounting to a minimum sum of NRs 2,65,000/- which shall be valid for 120 days after opening of Sealed Bid.
4. If Bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Prabhu Bank Ltd., saving account No. 04611600287784-1 of Natural History Museum and submitted the receipt of the amount of the cash along with the Sealed Bid.
5. The Sealed Bid shall be opened in the bidders representative who chooses to attend at 14.00 hours on 31″ days from the date of fist publication. If the bidders representative doesn’t choose to attain for opening. Natural History Museum. TU may open the lender.
6. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all contractor’s tender without assigning any reason whatever.
